Useful tips
Arrival
On the day of arrival the rooms will be available from 14:00. If the room is ready beforehand, it will be extremely pleasant to give you an early check-in. In any case, the staff will take over your luggage.
Informations about the arrival time will be appreciated, as well as providing a telephone contact. Give you a warm welcome will be our goal.
Departure
The day of departure the room will be vacated by 11:00. In case of departure scheduled before breakfast time (before 8:00 am) we ask you to inform the staff. If you desire, upon request, it will be our pleasure to prepare a take-away breakfast.
Terms of payment
The credit card is only required as a guarantee, payment of the reservation will be made upon arrival (check-in). For non-refundable offers the full amount will be charged at the time of booking.
Tourist tax
In Ravello the payment of the tourist tax is in use. As for the B&B, the fee is 1 euro per person per night. This figure is not included in our rates, but to be considered an extra payment.
